FAQs
What drew you to aesthetics and why is it your passion?
I ABSOLUTELY love injecting. This role is extremely procedural based with an element of art. Both you and the patient feel excited to see an area lift and tighten before your eyes. We’re all aging, that’s a fact, but as I workout for my health and body shape- I wish to also maintain healthy facial volume.
What is your favorite thing about injecting?
I love the immediate gratification filler results provide. And seeing my patient glow again with their new and improved self!
What is your favorite injectable product?
Without a doubt Radiesse. It is such a versatile product that can be placed within hands, neck, chest, and panfacial. It’s not like other fillers that just provide volume. Radiesse is Calcium hydroxyapatite which biostimulates collagen and elastin. So based on injection technique I can augment, tighten or thicken the skin of my patient. It’s truly amazing technology. And anything that will provide my patient triple the result for the same price is exceptional!
What is your top method to minimize risk and optimize your patient results?
I consistently map to the anatomy of the patient. This provides the ability to more safely and symmetrically inject. Identifying high risk areas such as the facial artery and drawing a large x over the area to avoid unwanted issues.
Educating Patients on Facial Balacing
Many patients complain about lower face laxity and request that point for placement of product to be placed around the mouth, when really you must place product laterally around the hairline and posterior cheek to efface the Nasolabial Folds. Product strategically placed around structures of your face can improve lift and pull back. Pan-facial injection balance structures of the face creating a more natural appearance.
